What happens next?
We can help make a difference to you and your family. If you would like to know more about our services, we can arrange for one of our care managers to visit you to discuss the options available – somebody popping in once a week to check you are alright to more supportive care at home every day. Trained senior managers will assess your needs and plan your personal-care programme with a registered nurse.
If you would prefer to read some more information about us before arranging a meeting, we would be happy to send you a copy of our service user’s guide (a step-by-step summary of our service) together with a list of charges and our terms and conditions . You do not have to buy any of our services and our first visit is free.
