What happens next?

We can help make a positive difference to the way in which you live your life. If you would like to know more about our services, we can arrange for one of our care managers to visit you (and your family, carer or representative if required) to discuss the options available – somebody popping in once a week to check you are alright to more supportive care at home every day. Trained senior managers will assess your needs and plan your personal-care programme, if needed with a registered nurse.

If you would prefer to read some more information about us before arranging a meeting, we would be happy to send you a copy of our service user’s guide (a step-by-step summary of our service) together with a list of charges and our terms and conditions. You do not have to buy any of our services and our first visit is free.
