Our Aims and Objectives
Our Aims:
- “To provide individuals with quality support which maximises their potential and enables them to live full and purposeful lives.
To invest in our people to deliver a flexible and consistent home-care service which exceeds the expectations of those who commission our service, those who use it, and those who partner with us”.
Our Objectives:
- “To provide you with care and support if you cannot fully look after yourself, in your own home, at times that are convenient to you, and in ways you find easiest - for as long as possible.
We are working to achieve outcomes that put you first, as explained by the Department of Health’s document ‘Our Health, Our Care, Our Say: A New Direction for Community Services’ which promote:
Quality of life Having choice & control Making a positive contribution Personal dignity & respect Freedom from discrimination & harassment Improved health & emotional well-being Economic well-being
We aim to achieve these using leadership, and working with you to manage our home-care service in a way that makes the most of your physical, intellectual, emotional, and social abilities”.
We also have business aims which include a series of key performance objectives and indicators, which help us to review, monitor and plan how we provide our service and maintain our standards.
